TIFF Integrated Marketing Communication Plan (2021)

In the winter term of 2020, I worked with three fellow colleagues to create an integrated marketing communications plan for the Toronto International Film Festival. It consists of a situation analysis with a SWOT, objectives, audience, key messaging, strategies and tactics, timeline, budget and evaluation.

Madawaska Adventures
Internal Communication Plan (2021)

In the fall term of 2021, I worked with four of my colleagues to create an internal communications plan for a hypothetical outdoor gear and clothing company, Madawaska Adventures. It consists of a situation analysis with a SWOT, objectives, audience, key messaging, strategies and tactics, timeline, budget and evaluation. All tactics were created and are found in the appendices at the end of the plan.
